Individual results from nutrition coaching vary based on factors including (but not limited to): adherence to the plan, existing health conditions, metabolic differences, medications, stress levels, and lifestyle factors. SayDiet Wellness makes no guarantee of specific weight loss, health outcomes, or timeframes. Testimonials and case studies shared on this website reflect individual client experiences and are not representative of results every client will achieve.

4. Programme Enrollment and Payment

  • Programme fees and payment terms are discussed and agreed upon during or following your initial discovery call
  • Fees are due as agreed before the start of each programme or billing period
  • Refund policy: A pro-rated refund may be provided if a programme is discontinued at our discretion or due to a medical reason supported by documentation. Refunds for client-initiated discontinuation are assessed case by case.
  • Prices displayed on this website are indicative starting prices and may vary based on individual programme requirements

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of SayDiet Wellness coaching, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete health history and information
  • Disclose all current medications, supplements, and medical conditions
  • Follow the programme guidelines to the best of their ability
  • Communicate challenges, side effects, or changes in health promptly
  • Attend scheduled check-ins or provide advance notice of inability to attend
